Northwest Fine Arts Competition

In October, the Phinney Center Gallery will show the juror’s picks from The Northwest Fine Arts Competition. This competition is held annually by the Phinney Neighborhood Association to select innovative and talented local emerging artists working in all media. The winning work this year was Sacred Heart, by artist Paul E. McKee.
